Proper nutrition, exercise and moderation, we heard it all before. If you are on the road to recovery, preparing for the fight of your life or just a happening thing, we need to listen to our bodies and treat them as well as we treat our personal belongings. This section of the website is to provide some insight and knowledge into the vast area of nutrition and exercise.

It’s a simple concept. If the amount of energy or food you take in equals the amount of energy you burn during a day you will stay the same weight. Most often the scales tend to tip toward the side of too much energy in and not enough energy out.
